Mr Amit Amit is a highly experienced consultant specialising in neurosurgery and spinal surgery. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including orthopaedic surgery, pain management, and neurology. He brings decades of experience and advanced surgical skills to the Hamptons Hospital team.

Background

Mr Amit began his medical training in neurosurgery and spinal surgery in India, followed by further training at the Royal Free Hospital in London, Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, and Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. He also completed a two-year clinical fellowship in Ohio, USA, gaining invaluable international expertise.

After completing his studies, Mr Amit gained extensive experience at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. He is a member of the British Association of Spine Surgeons (BASS), Eurospine, and the Symposium of British Neurosurgeons. Mr Amit has also dedicated many years to researching spinal disorders and spinal surgery, contributing significantly to the field.
