We were delighted to welcome Paul Bristow, Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, for a visit to The Hamptons Hospital—an opportunity to showcase the world-class healthcare facilities we’ve built right here in the heart of Peterborough.
During his visit, Mr Bristow toured our hospital grounds and met with members of our dedicated team, guided by David Winters, Director of Hospital Operations and Strategy. From the tranquil setting to our expert-led services, the Mayor was impressed by the high standards of care we provide for both private and NHS patients across Peterborough, the Hamptons and wider Cambridgeshire.

In particular, Mr Bristow took a keen interest in the work we’re doing to support the NHS in reducing waiting times—an issue that continues to impact communities across the country.
By offering fast, safe, and personalised care in a modern environment, we’re proud to play a meaningful role in helping to ease NHS backlogs and improve access to vital treatments.

The visit was a wonderful recognition of the hard work, dedication, and ambition that drive our team every day. From our reception staff to our clinical experts, everyone at The Hamptons Hospital is united in a shared mission: to deliver outstanding care and make a lasting difference to the community we serve.
Just like Paul, we’re proud to support local excellence—in healthcare, in partnerships and in the region we call home.
