Clinical Professional Registration
All consultants, nursing staff and allied health professionals at The Hamptons Hospital must be registered with either the General Medical Council, the Nursing Medical Council or the Health and Care Professions Council. We operate a strict recruitment process for all clinical staff with thorough checks on qualifications, experience, and previous employment.
The Hamptons Hospital hold regular clinical reviews and audits to ensure a high level of clinical governance. Patients are invited to leave feedback on service levels which are reviewed for continuing improvement. We operate an open and honest facility and work hard to ensure no patient is at risk. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, we follow the Duty of Candour guidelines and ensure patients are fully informed of what has happened and our plan to address the situation, providing the best outcome for the patients and future patients.
