Clinical Governance

The Hamptons Hospital hold regular clinical reviews and audits to ensure a high level of clinical governance. Patients are invited to leave feedback on service levels which are reviewed for continuing improvement. We operate an open and honest facility and work hard to ensure no patient is at risk. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, we follow the Duty of Candour guidelines and ensure patients are fully informed of what has happened and our plan to address the situation, providing the best outcome for the patients and future patients.

Covid 19

Our priority is to keep our patients safe. Patient care and safety is at the forefront of everything we do with every measure is taken to keep our hospital Covid 19 free.
Patients that are experiencing any Covid 19 related symptoms below should call to reschedule their appointment.

A change or loss in sense of smell or taste
Shortness of breath
Sore throat

All patients and visitors will be asked to wear a face mask or cover whist on the hospital site unless exempt.

Patients will be screened before attending any day case surgery or procedure.

Our staff adhere to hygiene guidelines and wear PPE where appropriate.

The Hamptons Hospital is fully cleaned by professional staff throughout the day to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

The Hamptons Hospital is an innovative £7M project, creating a new independent day hospital in the Hamptons area in the South of Peterborough.

The bright, modern facility incorporates the use of the latest building technology to ensure a quiet, clean and safe environment for patients and staff; and state of the art healthcare technology for fast, accurate diagnosis - and the best possible clinical outcomes.

There is easy access to the hospital with secure onsite parking and a patient drop off area.
