We are seeking an experienced Patient Services & Bookings Coordinator to play a central role in managing the private patient journey. Acting as a key point of contact for patients, referrers and clinical teams, you will ensure bookings are handled accurately, professionally and with care.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a warm, patient-centred approach to communication.

- 1 x permanent full-time
- 2 x full-time, 12-month FTC
Key Responsibilities
- Manage referrals and enquiries from GPs, NHS, insurers and self-pay patients
- Book patients into services, aligning with clinical needs and agreed timeframes
- Maintain accurate patient records and booking systems
- Support KPI reporting and service activity tracking
- Attend MDT meetings and record patient outcomes
- Handle self-pay enquiries, estimates and quotations
- Communicate clearly with patients and third parties to manage expectations
- Support high utilisation of consultant clinics and services
- Handle confidential information in line with data protection requirements
- Collaborate with administrative teams to gather and share documentation
- Provide ad hoc support to the management team as required
