Registered Nurse (Bank)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Bank) to join our clinical team in delivering safe, high-quality patient care across day surgery and outpatient services. This flexible role supports patient assessment, treatment and recovery, ensuring a seamless journey from admission through to discharge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of patient-focused care in line with hospital policies and procedures
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, maintaining accurate clinical records
• Manage day case surgery patients from admission through to discharge
• Communicate effectively with patients and carers, ensuring access to clear information
• Promote positive working relationships across multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant clinical environment
• Participate in audits and quality improvement to support evidence-based practice
• Comply with infection control, health and safety and safeguarding policies
• Work across departments as required within scope of practice
